Bridging the gap between AI as a cost and AI as a return

Put AI where it earns: revenue, margin, and the time you get back.

We find where AI will earn or save you the most, build it, and show what it gave back. Not activity, not adoption rates.

AI stops being something you pay to try, and starts being something you can count.

Built to still be working in a year.

Whiteboard sketch illustrating the gap between buying software and the work actually changing

Collectively, over the last 15+ years, we have put big systems into large companies. In those places, when something broke there was a department to ring. Smaller firms do not have that, and it changes what is worth building.

So anything we build has to keep working without someone tending it: through a price change, a new supplier, a member of staff leaving, the week everyone is flat out. If it needs a specialist to keep it alive, it was the wrong thing to build.

We would rather build something small that is still running in a year than something ambitious that gets quietly abandoned a month later.

Done that way, the gains are ordinary and commercial. Work won that would otherwise have gone to whoever replied first. Money in the bank weeks sooner, and less of the month spent chasing it. Knowing which jobs actually make money, before quoting for more of the same. Fewer jobs paid for twice because something was missed at the start. None of it is exciting, and all of it is money.

What we do

It starts with “where would this actually save me time?” It ends with something that still works a year from now. The four questions in between are the job.

  1. 01 · Discover

“Where would this actually save me time?”

Find the jobs worth automating before spending anything on the ones that are not.

  2. 02 · Decide

    “Is it worth the money?”

What each one costs to build and what it gives back, in writing - including the ones where the answer is to leave it alone.

  3. 03 · Deliver

“Who is actually going to build it?”

We build it, and the people who use it are shown how before it goes live.

  4. 04 · Sustain

    “What happens when something changes?”

Someone keeps it working through new prices, new suppliers and new staff, so it is still running in a year.
